A mimic of the Polyrhachis AKA golden-tailed ants. Oxley Creek, QLD.
Mopsus mormon female inside her hide. She will lay her eggs and retreat here when in danger. This one seems to be decorated at both entrances with cobbler's pegs - annoying prickles that stick to everything. I don't know if it's random or if she has placed them here on purpose. Oxley Creek, QLD.
